Amaala is a luxury tourism destination located on Saudi Arabia's north-western Red Sea Coast.

Managing interior architecture for Triple Bay Central which includes three hotel projects on site:

• Rosewood 110 guest room keys, 25 branded residences

• Six Senses 100 guest room keys & villas, 25 branded residences

• Four Seasons 202 guest room keys, villas & suites, 26 branded residences

• Organic Farm Villas, Polo & Equestrian Centre - 21 villas - in concept stage (not on site yet)
   

Joined the project as the ID Consultants were wrapping up mock-up room comments and issuing final Issue for Construction documentation. Managing each project’s internal RSG-ID team and an external ID consultant on limited scope, through construction administration services:

• ID Coordination with MEP services, shop drawing & RFI workflows, FFE, material submittals, checking quality on site, generally coordinating with the on site delivery team.​

Supporting internal stakeholders such as residential sales, development and construction teams.
