With over 20 years of experience working on many hospitality projects in Asia and around the world, I have a good overview across the whole process from A all the way down to Z.
During my career, I’ve been fortunate to experience these hospitality projects from all aspects. Not only in all the different guest spaces of these projects, but also working in different countries and the cultural sensitivity and understanding that comes with it. I’ve represented the owner/operator/developer (same entity), interior design consultant and main contractor at different times. This means that I understand the various project roles and internal stakeholder needs, and value excellent communication for all parties involved.
I've a strong commitment towards the design but understand the commercial pressures as well. I don't have an ego when it comes to design like some people might have. I’m able to shift according to what the design aesthetic is of each particular studio, which can be vastly different from one project to the other. I can have a huge amount of influence in terms of how the project turns out because I'm involved all the way through.
