Interior design management and technical services coordination for this new tower added to Cordis Hotel in 2021.

The new tower - called Pinnacle Tower - added 244 new guestrooms over 17 levels, making the final total 640 rooms and suites.

Cordis Hotel is now the largest hotel in New Zealand.

Winner of the 2022 International Hotel and Property Awards 'Best Hotel Over 200 Rooms - Asia Pacific' category.

Winner of the 2022 NZ Property Council Tourism and Leisure Award.
