Managed the design consultant group during the detailed design phase of the 300-key Horizon Hotel, which was under a fixed-price contract.

 

Oversaw various design disciplines including architecture, interior design, structure, building services, fire engineering, acoustics, traffic planning, façade, landscape/streetscape, kitchen, specialty lighting, wayfinding signage, and accessibility consultants.

 

This hotel is still under construction, due to open in 2024.
